The text reads: National Union of Womens Suffrage Societies Constitutional Non Party. Attaches to clothes safely by the stick-pin, the bottom of which - the bell cap - pushes on firmly. The National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies, NUWSS, also known as the Suffragists, was an organisation of women's suffrage societies in the United Kingdom.
