Image is taken from a suffragette poster and, in yellow, green and orange colours, depicts a woman in a rowing boat, struggling against the onslaught of a huge wave, whilst on the crest, a man sails along leisurely in a sail boat, without effort. (Sails are marked "Votes"). Houses of Parliament in the background. The image is printed in vibrant lithographic colours and is watermarked to prevent image theft.
